Books that are current, not current at filing time.

How it works

Three steps. The first one is a phone call.

01

A 20 minute call

We ask where your books stand and which deadlines are closest. No pitch deck.

02

A books review

We look at the last period, your registrations and your filing dates, and say plainly what is behind.

03

One team, one inbox

A named team takes it over, with a monthly review in plain language.

Questions

What owners ask about the books.

When is my UAE corporate tax return due?

Nine months after the last day of your financial year. A year ending 31 December 2025 is due by 30 September 2026. The Federal Tax Authority does not hand out routine extensions, so the date is the date.

Do I have to register if I made no profit?

Yes. Registration is required whatever your profit was, and the penalty for registering late is AED 10,000. Late filing then adds AED 500 a month for the first year and AED 1,000 a month after that.

When do I have to register for VAT?

Once your taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 in a twelve month period it is mandatory. From AED 187,500 you can register voluntarily, which sometimes makes sense and sometimes does not. We will tell you which applies to you.

Can you catch up months of missing books?

Yes, and it is more common than you would think. Backlog work is quoted separately and up front, then the monthly service takes over so it does not build up again.

Do you work with free zone companies?

Yes. Free zone and mainland treatment differ, so we check which rules apply to your licence first, then work to that rather than assuming. There is a plain guide on free zone versus mainland.

What happens to our current bookkeeper or software?

We work with what you already have where it makes sense, and we say plainly when it does not. Nothing gets ripped out to suit us.
