What this page covers
This notice is about the website only. If you become a client, the handling of your business records is set out in your engagement letter, which is a separate document.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name, business name, email, phone if you give it, the services you tick, and your message.
- How you arrived. If you clicked a campaign link, the campaign name comes with the enquiry so we know which one worked.
- Basic request data. Your IP address and browser type are recorded with the enquiry, which is how we stop automated spam.
We do not use advertising trackers on this site, and the calculators run entirely inside your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to run the service you asked for. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not share it except with the service providers that host this website and deliver our email.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as UAE law requires us to keep them, and then deleted.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only when you use the contact form. It is a security token that stops other websites submitting the form on your behalf. It expires when you close the browser and it is not used to track you.
Your choices
Email info@scorpnexus.ae and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored on the hosting account behind access controls, and the administration area is password protected with attempt limits and an activity log.
Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top of this page.
