One fixed monthly figure, in writing, before you commit.
No hourly billing, no surprise invoices, no line item you did not agree to. You see the number after a 20 minute call and you decide with it in front of you.
Where most businesses land
Three shapes, and the one that fits you.
These are the packages, not the prices. The figure gets written for your business, because a published price would be wrong for almost everyone reading it.
One service
For the owner with one thing on fire.
- HR, accounting or marketing, run properly
- A named contact who knows your business
- A monthly review in plain language
- All the compliance dates tracked for that service
Two services
Usually HR and accounting, because payroll touches both.
- Everything in one service, twice
- Payroll numbers flow into the books, nobody re-types them
- One inbox for both, one monthly review
- Cheaper than buying the two separately
All three
For the owner who wants the back office off the desk.
- HR, accounting and marketing in one team
- Marketing spend checked against the real numbers
- One report covering everything, every month
- The lowest price per service
What moves the number
Five things, and you already know all of them.
Headcount. Twelve staff and ninety staff are different jobs. Payroll runs, contracts and Emiratisation duties all scale with people.
Transaction volume. A consultancy with forty invoices a month and a retailer with four thousand lines are not the same bookkeeping.
Mainland or free zone. Different filings, different visa routes, sometimes different tax treatment.
Number of entities. Two licences means two sets of everything.
How far behind you are. Catching up nine months of records is one off work. It is quoted separately, up front, and it is never a surprise.
What you always get
The same four promises at every price.
Fixed
A monthly figure in AED
Agreed in writing before work starts. It does not drift.
Named
A team you can call
Not a ticket queue. You will know who works on your account.
Monthly
A review you can read
One page, plain language, every month, across every service you buy.
Questions
What owners ask about price.
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because the honest number depends on your headcount, your volume and how far behind the records are. A published price would be wrong for most people reading it, and we would rather quote you properly than advertise a number we have to walk back.
What drives the monthly price up or down?
Headcount, transaction volume, mainland or free zone, how many entities you run, and whether the back records need catching up first. Nothing else.
Is there a setup fee?
Only when there is catch up work, such as months of unreconciled books or contracts that were never filed. It is quoted separately and up front.
Can I start with one service and add more later?
Yes, and that is what most clients do. Adding a second service later costs less than buying it standalone, because the team already knows your business.
What if my volume changes during the year?
Small changes ride inside the fixed figure. A real change, like doubling headcount, gets a re-quote in writing, agreed before it applies.
